Inleiding

Huidige Toepassingen van AI
Een van de meest opmerkelijke toepassingen van AI is de zelfrijdende auto: de auto stuurt, remt en parkeert zelf. In de zorg heeft AI ook grote veranderingen teweeggebracht; computergestuurd diagnostiek en machine-learning helpen artsen bij het detecteren van ziektes. Ook zien we meer AI in de financiële sector, waar het gebruikt wordt om fraudepatronen te detecteren. Potentieel van AI
Er is een breed scala aan mogelijkheden voor AI in de toekomst. Hoewel er veel mogelijkheden met AI zijn, bestaat er ook een aantal uitdagingen. De eerste is dat AI leidt tot een verschraling van de arbeidsmarkt. De technologie vervangt mensen in veel baan, waardoor banen onzeker worden. Daarnaast geeft AI ook privacy-risico’s: als AI steeds slimmer wordt, worden de systemen kwetsbaarder voor cyberaanvallen. Ten slotte maakt AI ook ethische overwegingen nodig. Er bestaan zorgen over het feit dat AI wordt gebruikt om mensen te discrimineren of de privacy van mensen te schenden.
Verantwoordelijkheid
De verantwoordelijkheid voor het verbeteren van AI-technologie ligt bij de ontwikkelaars. Ze moeten ervoor zorgen dat AI wordt ontwikkeld met inachtneming van de ethische principes en de privacywetgeving. Daarnaast moeten ontwikkelaars samenwerken met andere bedrijven en overheden om te werken aan maatregelen om de banenmarkt te beschermen tegen vervanging door AI.
Toekomstige ontwikkelingen in AI
Er wordt momenteel hard gewerkt aan verdere ontwikkelingen van AI-technologie.
